Varna One mega complex begins construction
Construction has started on a vast multidimensional residential complex, spanning a parcel of land of 77 000 sq m. The enormous complex is adjacent to Vladislav Varnenchik blvd at the former site of the VAMO engine manufacturing plant which recently terminated business activity, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.

Serdika Centre banks on innovative marketing strategy

Mall Gabrovo to open doors by June 2009

Housing prices down 4 YY Q4 2008
Home prices in Bulgarias regional cities jumped almost 25 in 2008 compared to 2007 to an average of BGN 1,363 per square metre, showed data of the National Statistical Institute. The uptrend held through October, but prices dropped 4.1 in the third quarter from the previous three months.
