Tender documentation for Trakia motorway to be approved at the expense of Struma
The National Agency for Road Infrastructure NARI has proposed that lots two and three of the Trakia motorway should be included within the transport operational programme at the expense of the previously designated lots two and three of the Struma motorway. quot;The alleged amendment to the operational programme was tabled at a meeting conducted by the Ministry of Transport, quot; said Yanko Yankov, the executive director of NARI, as quoted by Stroitelstvo Gradut.

Real estate prices in Bulgaria drop to 2007 levels
Property prices are currently approaching the levels of 2007, according to analysis from Raiffeisen Real Estate agency, using cumulative data for real estate and pricing for the period 2006 through to 2009, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports. The fall is particularly noticeable in properties that fall into the most popular price range ranging from 50 000 through to 70 000 euro.

Forton International latest office rents are declining by 30 per cent
