Spain's Grupo Ortiz, Electra Set Up JV for Bulgaria Market
Spain's energy group Electra Holding announced it has joined forces with Madrid-based construction firm Grupo Ortiz to work on infrastructure projects in Bulgaria and other countries in Eastern Europe. The construction company will hold a majority stake in the newly formed joint venture company, which is called Ortiz Electra and plans to run in tenders for the construction of railways and purifying stations.
